Members Terms of Service

By signing up and actively using the Smileyfreebies4youprogram you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Smileyfreebies4youmay, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Smiley Referrals 4 You. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the Smileyfreebies4youprogram following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
Relationship of the Parties
You and Smileyfreebies4youare independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Smiley Referrals 4 You. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Smiley Referrals 4 You. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the Smileyfreebies4youprogram. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Smileyfreebies4youwill not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Smileyfreebies4youprogram, even if Smileyfreebies4youhas been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Smileyfreebies4youaggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Smileyfreebies4youand may result in legal prosecution. Smileyfreebies4youstrictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Smileyfreebies4youmay charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Smileyfreebies4youwill file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

Membership requirements.
Members may join from any country
Members must provide valid information at all times during their membership
Users must be at least 13 years of age or older You are required to add your birthday in your profile. Your account earnings will not be paid unless your profile is complete with all required information.
Any user found to have alot of reversals or found to be duplicating credit card offers will have there account disabled and all earnings forfeited.
Any users found to be flaming or otherwise making deragotory remarks regading Smileyfreebies4youcan be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.
Users may not create more than one account per person - You may no open more than one account per household/ip without written permission. Before permission will be given you will have to provide proper identification.
Any users found to be sharing address, payment option, or ip or any other information will be put on hold for an undeterminded amount of time.
Logging into someone else's account or using someone else's computer can be reason for your account to be put on hold.
At any time Smileyfreebies4you can ask for identification for proof of person before submitting payment. If you do not provide indentification your account will be put on hold for an undetermined amount of time.
All accounts must have a valid telephone number listed on their account. It can not be a fax line, a voicemail only line, disconnected number or any other sort of invalid phone number. I must be able to call the number and have a real person answer.
In order to be paid your account must be phone verified. Which means I must call the number on file for you to recieve your payment.
If your account is not verified at the time payments are processed then your request for payment will be denied. If you request and have your account denied 3 times for not being verified your account will be put on hold until reach admin.
Payments
Smileyfreebies4you has a low minimum payout of only $3.
Paypal and Revolution Money Exchange has minimum request of only $3.

Check withdraws must be at least $10.
Visa Card withdraws must be at least $20.
At times there may be reasons in which we need to pay you by other means you will be given your options at that time.
All payments will start being processed no later then the 15th of the month.
For example : You earn $86 between October 1 and October 31st you will be paid between November 30th.
Advertisers pay during different times of the month and as payments come in they will go out in order they were recieved.
~In light of new fraud any offer marked instant payment is only eligibe to those who have are verified already paid members. Otherwise the offer amount will be added to your balance
~All accounts may be verified prior to first payment. Verification generally only requires speaking with you on the phone however it can also include your providing photo id and proof the credit card used to do credit card offers belongs to you - All accounts not verified at time payments are processed will be denied until account is verified and member will be required to request again
Closing Accounts: You have the right at any time to request your account to be closed
Your payout will go out the following month after closing your account along with regular scheduled payments. So if you close your account in June you will be paid by July 30th.
